Chakra literally means “wheel” or “disk”, and these power centers in the body are believed to receive and radiate energy.

Chakra Cleansing & Balancing with Trance Chakra Healing (TCH):

Trance Chakra Healing & Balancing is a technique developed by Vishal Jhanji, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Life Coach. The TCH technique was developed in the early part of 2021. 

It was revealed to him by the Master/Higher Souls while he was in meditation.

Trance Chakra Healing can be done in 2 ways.

1. The Direct Interactive method:

It is where the client and therapist are in a face-to-face situation, and the client enters an altered state of consciousness in order to see his or her chakras. The client depending on the level of trance (medium or deep) would be able to access most of his or her chakras and would be able to see the aura and then begin the healing process. The therapist will guide the client in healing the chakras.

2. The Remote Medium method:

In this method, the therapist is not in direct contact with the patient/client/host. Instead, a medium (another person) is used as an instrument of communication between the therapist and the patient’s physical and energetic body. 

The remote medium method could be described as ‘astral projection.

It is definitely out of body experience for the person acting as a medium. Because in this method the patient/client/host need not be can be present onsite. 

The patient/client/host can be geographically anywhere on earth while the therapist can access his or her body through astral travel and initiate the Chakra healing process through a medium.

The idea of 'Out of Body' and 'Astral travel' is ancient and occurs in multiple Asian cultures.

TBH process is able to cleanse and energize the body's energy field i.e. the chakras in real-time.

Also, through the TBH process, the Kundalini of a person can be activated.

What are the seven chakras and where are they located in the body?

- The first chakra is at the base of the spine, and is called Muladhara (Root Chakra).

- Just above that is the next chakra which is called Svadhishthana (Sacral Chakra).

- The third chakra is just above the navel and is called Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra).

- Above that in the center of the chest is the Anahata chakra (Heart Chakra).

- Then comes the throat chakra called the Visuddha chakra (Throat Chakra).

- Above that is the chakra in-between the eyebrows called the Ajna Chakra (Third Eye Chakra).

- The last chakra or opening is on top of the head is called the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra).

Trance is a state of semi-consciousness in which a person is not self-aware and is either altogether unresponsive to external stimuli (but nevertheless capable of pursuing and realizing an aim) or is selectively responsive in following the directions of the person (if any) who has induced the trance.
