It is an out of body experience where you see yourself as a different human being, if you're lucky to remember it. Of course, Vishal is kind enough to record the sessions and then I went through it later. 

I took 'Past Life Regression' and also 'Life Between Lives' session with Vishal.

I must say that after these sessions I am a better human being with absolutely open mind and tons of gratitude to the Divine. 

In past life I saw myself in the different location than present as a very different personality.
