'Trance Body Healing' is a technique developed by Vishal Jhanji, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Life Coach.

This healing technique was developed in the early part of 2021. 

It was revealed to him by the Master/Higher Souls while he was in meditation.

Trance Body Healing can be done in 2 ways.

1. The Direct Interactive method:

It is where the client and therapist are in a face-to-face situation, and the client enters an altered state of consciousness in order to travel inside his or her body. The client depending on the level of trance (medium or deep) would be able to access most of his or her body and then trigger the healing process.

While in the state of altered state of consciousness there is the possibility of 'Astral projection' or out-of-body (OBE) experienced by the client.

2. The Remote Medium method:

In this method, the therapist is not in direct contact with the patient/client/host. Instead, a medium (another person) is used as an instrument of communication between the therapist and the patient’s physical and energetic body. 

The remote medium method could be described as ‘astral projection.

It is definitely 'out of body' experience for the person acting as a medium. Because in this method the patient/client/host can be present onsite or offsite i.e. in some remote location. 

The patient/client/host can be technically anywhere on earth while the therapist can access his or her body through astral travel and start the healing process through a medium.

The idea of astral travel is ancient and occurs in multiple cultures.
